April Smith

April is a stage 2b Her 2 positive breast cancer survivor. She’s 10 years cancer free and living her best life. April is gentle, she’s kind, she’s supportive and she never fails to encourage and empower those around her. She’s a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, and founder of The Survivor’s Nest Inc, a non-profit centered on helping women with breast cancer. 

April is most thankful to be an overcomer of so many hardships that were bestowed upon her. She was counted out, and declarations were made that she wouldn’t amount to anything in life. She’s grateful that her creator has put her in a position to turn her ashes to beauty.
